Owned feature delivery and critical issue resolution supporting lead generation and customer journeys for vehicle sales, financing, parts orders and service appointments.

Delivered front-end development and issue resolution for Ford’s FordDirect Dealer Sites and Shopping Tools, including Showroom and Build & Price applications. Resolved template, interface and cross-browser issues and supported feature enhancements across customer-facing automotive platforms. Recognised as a top performer based on capacity and quality metrics.

Served as acting lead developer during a fixed-term coverage role, focusing on analytics dashboard interfaces and front-end delivery for websites powered by PeopleBrowsr’s social media search and analytics platform. Supported data-rich applications and enterprise client environments, with exposure to brands including Sony, Samsung, SAP, Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard.

Created, enhanced and maintained websites for clients across multiple industries, including art galleries, educational institutions, non-profit organisations, retail businesses and personal security service providers.
