Developed, taught, managed and assessed multiple language courses ranging from general English to advanced subjectspecific English courses and skill-specific workshops while meeting international standards, university requirements, and students’ interests. Fused and applied current negotiating and language acquisition theories to create subject specific courses. Conducted language proficiency assessment for the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to ensure candidate suitability.

Consistently handled constituent inquires and contributed to the efficient operation of the congressional office. Specifically designated to successfully resolve all casework relating to the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Department of State.
