Responsible for accounting and finances, payroll. Implementation of GTS (VAT) and integration of newly acquired businesses, budgeting, planning, troubleshooting. Implementation of MAS and MIS.

In charge of planning, keeping accounts and cash management including subsidiaries. Reporting to parent company under US-GAAP. Responsible for accounting team of 3 staff.
