As Purchase Manager for the new production site my main Focus is on: - Built up of production facility - Built up of new local Purchase Department for direct and indirect materials as well as for Investment -Supplier Research in LT LV EST PL for plastic and metal components - Implementation of SAP System at new Location and creation of stable automotive Standard processes in the lithuanian PUR department.
