Project Leader (CTL) for Supplier Certification/Assessments, Product Developments, Industrialisation and Ramp-up • Leading multinational teams and supplier. • Establishing integrated planning with all stakeholders. Ensuring schedule adherence and on time / on quality delivery via EVM and KPI. (TCQP) • Successfully leading joint recovery plateaus at supplier.

The task of the Team is the continuous development of Galley, Stowage, Partitions, Doghouses, Lift & NELI for A380 and the customization of these A380 Cabin Components according to customer definition. This task includes management of sub-contracting of engineering task, leading a team of project engineers (Version Engineers) and technical Supplier management

Team Leader for Engineering as well as for Development and Customization of Galleys, Stowage, Lifts, and Catering • Leading up to 40 people and subcontracting. • Working closely with supplier and airlines. • Ensuring compliance to EASA requirements as Certification Verification Engineer. • Leading A380 cabin recovery in production jointly with supplier, manufacturing engineering, and senior experts to establish quick fixes for design issues.
