My work consisted of: - Customer development, defining the product roadmap and bringing new propositions for data partners to market - Sourcing and closing new data, technology and inventory partnerships - Developing new monetisation strategies and revenue streams

RocketU helps entrepreneurs become well-rounded web developers in 10 weeks. The program teaches Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, NodeJS, CoffeeScript and more. RocketU is embedded on the RocketSpace campus, an open innovation campus in San Francisco. Its members are some of the most innovative, fast-growing technology companies in the world. Notable alumni include Uber, Spotify, Leap Motion and Podio. Corporate partners include Samsung, British Airways, Microsoft, Pearson and General Motors.

Worked with early stage start-ups in Europe and Asia on strategy, market entry, growth, business development, corporate partnerships and operations. Performed market research and due diligence for angels and VCs in Europe.

Headed digital development for various markets. Grew the business from £14m to £40m annual revenues supported by amazing teams across the different geographies. Turned around digital sales declines in emerging markets, doubled sales in Poland and tripled in South Africa. Dramatically improved cash flow, lowering accounts receivable by 90 percent across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Partnered with startups, technology companies and traditional channels to re-imagine digital music. Helped local teams in Europe, LATAM and Japan grow their business. Developed new business models, product offerings and distribution channels.

Launched the company's local digital business and built it into a solid revenue generating division. Changed the way we marketed and distributed music in close partnership with local telco and media companies. Set up local digitization efforts to support growth.

Managed EMI's dance music label, including project and label P&L. Initiated and marketed new product launches.
