- Process the check-in and check-out processes - Answer guest inquiries - Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests - Resolve guest complaints

- Check and Monitor Due Out rooms status - Control room inventory assigning rooms to incoming individuals and groups where required. Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure they are adequately briefed on which suites are required and when - Review guest ledger balances on a daily basis

- Greeting and seating guests - Serving food and wine - Taking orders, billing and assisting in other departments when required - Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas

- Produce the assigned cuisines or work according to the pre-determined menus and recipes of the day as well as the sanitation standards. - Participate in the preparation of food items. Perform all preparations such as cooking, stirring, deep-frying and garnishing, etc - Maintain kitchen stock

- Ensure food and beverage items are set in proper quality and quantities (Mise en Place) - Handle complaints and comments of students and deal with unexpected situations - Supervise, mentor, train and evaluate other servers performance
