As Finance Director for Allergan Germany, I lead the local finance organization and manage all aspects of Finance for the local entity including FP&A, Business Partnering, Accounting, Payroll and Procurist. Allergan Germany currently have revenue in excess of $180m and ambitious double digit growth plans. I work closely with the Country Manager and European Finance VP, and I am key member of the country leadership team and the European finance leadership team.

As Chief Financial Office for the Swiss marketing company, I am responsible for Finance, IS/IT, Purchasing and Supply Chain, leading and further developing these areas. I provide financial guidance and challenge to help shaping business strategies and develop the operational plans for Switzerland - in particular with regards to its cost efficiency and impact of business decisions on short- and long-term profitability.

Reporting to the VP Finance International, I work with finance and business teams in a region of >100 markets, to enable successful implementation of AZ’s Emerging Markets strategy. My responsibilities include: • Co-ordinating all aspects of the finance business planning process; • Monitoring business performance and delivery of high-quality performance & environmental/market analysis to the Emerging Markets Leadership Team

Driving Business Analysis for the Global Commercial Organisation, preparing reports and presentations for Senior Management

Strategy consulting, mainly worked on due diligence projects in pharmaceuticals, airlines and consumer goods
