Planning and managing the Retail Construction Delivery process for Doha Mall, the latest Retail Development in Qatar. Managing scope, resources and budgets related to delivery and post-opening stages.

Managed the complete retail delivery process for the $1,85 000 000 Doha Festival City, a 250 000 GLA shopping centre with 550 retail units and includes world class entertainment, the first snow park and the first Harvey Nichols in Qatar and the largest Monoprix in the world. Manage a retail delivery team of 2 Senior Project Managers, 2 Construction managers, 12 Project Managers and a design review team of 8 Engineers and 7 Architects.
