Test Management and improvement of the test organization

Coordinate and oversee the QA process of a variety of games, across all platforms (PS3, XBox, PC, Nintendo DS, Wii and PSP) and genres. Responsible for planning, conducting and assessing product tests, for both internal and external teams, and to improve the current processes.

Hired as the QA Manager, to prepare the QA team for the imminent release and make sure the IP holds good enough standard before shipping.

Currently employed as the Quality Assurance Lead for the Chronicles of Spellborn, a Massive(ly) multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), just outside of Den Haag - Netherlands. My current role contains of making sure that the final product of TCOS holds the best standard possible before being released. This also includes setting up the planning for both closed beta, the open beta & the final release. Spellborn International, Spellborn Works, Spellborn NV

My main responsibility at Universal used to be the ADSL support (2nd Line). This position was been expanded into a 2nd/3rd line position at Universal Telecom, where I did support more difficult cases and have a direct connection with all our retailers. My work ranged from second/third line support, helpdesk, order management, and writing manuals for customers, and maintaining the technical standard for the rest of the ADSL team. I was also responsible for the internal training programs.

I worked as a computer technician with the responsibility of over 3000 personal computers as part of preparing them for the ongoing courses. Informator is one of the bigger companies in Sweden that offers computer courses to end-users. Informator offers about 1300 courses per year in Stockholm alone.
