Sales: I deal with client quotes, validating them before the sales manager can forward them to the client  IT I open accounts and configure them according to the options they have subscribed. I also manage day to day technical requests.  Accountancy: I monitor client’s account balances and manage the international cash collection. I invoice the consulting tasks at the end of each month and make sure that all validations have been made by them.

I deal with client quotes, recording export orders and handling general customer enquiries whilst following up on sales leads.  Logistics: I organise shipping contracts with carriers offerings the best price and quality and collate bills of lading.  Marketing: I have capably created a new company website in French, English, and German and I produce marketing mails and assist with the visual aspects of stands at business exhibitions.
