Über mich

As an ambitious and strategic problem solver it is a reward for me, if self developed and goal-focused solutions become the strategy of a cross functional team. I thrive as a trailblazing mediator in a collaborative environment in order to optimize conditions sustainably. I possess an intrinsic desire to understand the underlying challenges of new topics by my own. Hence, I initiate communication to experts to recheck for my quality-conscious approaches. My open-minded and emphatic nature is then a resonance ground to motivate stakeholders for my projects according to their abilities. Finally, I feel motivated by the presentation of results or representing organizations. Instructions from trusted supervisors are appreciated as an agile input and criticism is a valuable indication for course correction.

Within three years, I published four peer-reviewed papers on polymer chemistry in internationally highly-ranked journals, three of them appeared as cover pages.
