Responsibility split between managing a jewelry category worth 12% of the company’s revenues, and developing the country development strategy. -Conduct research, gather data, analyze competition, and capture customer requirements to identify gaps in the company’s offer, addressing critical success factors and key issues to optimize the category strategy. -Lead the launch of a new product range in the category, increasing 3% of the revenues within the first two months after introduction to the market.

Working in the Retail Management team for OUTLETCITY premium outlet. Reporting to the Retail Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS: Support the Retail Manager in the preparation of the Special Sales Event. This included: the distribution, classification, and organization of goods. Inspection of the stores. This included: Analysis and revision of invoices.

-Provide support in a diverse array of risk and business process improvement areas. -Development and optimization of qualitative and quantitative risk management systems. -Business improvement by assessing risks and controls related to business imperatives, such as launching new products/services and implementing new technologies. -Optimization and further development of business models taking into account both macroeconomic and local trends.

Working with the controlling and project management teams, supporting the development and implementation of a new management tool. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS: -Standardization of cost planning and project management system. -Support in training the controlling team on how to use the new Project Management system (SAP).
