Grocery Retail: Pricing Strategy, Competitor Analysis, Value Measurement Automotive: Direct-to-consumer transformations

• Performance Evaluation and Benchmarking - Supported a project aiming to measure production functions beyond common arguments (capital and labor). Augmenting and estimating industry-specific production functions yields branch-specific benchmarks which in turn can be used for targeted advise of clients.

• Process modeling/digitalization − Digitalize previously modeled process structures and predefined process attributes using BIC (business process modeling tool) • Quality-insurance − Review processes and revise for compliance with textual and structural conventions • Assistance to the project manager − Compose training documents covering „Agile Project Management with Scrum and Kanban“ which was presented to our clients in the context of a workshop

• Data collection/preparation – Assist to three Ph.D. students by collecting and consolidating more than 80.000 microdata points into three purified data sets. These datasets lay the fundament for two research papers in the field of educational economics • Tasks relating to the Department/Chair – Engage in events of the department (e.g. graduation ceremony, freshman information days); Assess written exams of the undergraduate course Public Finance 1

• Benchmarking – Quantify benchmarks for daily rates of IT and management consultants of different grades • Contract Management – Support the preparation of a "Deliverables and Obligations Tracker" which is used to retrace the progress of a global rollout of an IT-service package

Courses in this program place particular focus on quantitative methods, theoretical models and recent research results. The program is an "elite" master officially accredited by the government of Denmark which is taught in cooperation with the doctoral school and the department of economics at CBS.
