Working as the project manager of the expansion of HELLA's Shanghai Electronics plant. Upon completion, the site will be the largest electronics plant in the global Hella network. Site's production area will cover +22,000 square meters and a fully automated logistic center.

- Coordinating and analyzing future oriented development projects of Photovoltaic BU - Active management of 38 growth and change projects - Coordinating with executive’s direct reports to gather and distribute information and communicate effectively within team - Researching, prioritizing and following up on incoming issues / concerns / topics - Reviewing and challenging mandatory processes, ensure quality and give impulses as needed

Identifying and assisting western companies that plan to build/expand/refurbish industrial facilities in China. The focus lies on offering tailor-made architectural and project management solutions throughout the whole project life cycle. Main supporting activities include:

- Analyzing and processing of global dealership performance indicators (KPIs) - Supporting the further development and roll out of the Porsche Key Performance Indicator System - Testing and reviewing of new Dealership Performance Management Tools Graduation Thesis: "Identifying hidden potentials within the Porsche dealership network"

- Maintaining and updating the individual webpages of 25 car dealerships - Designing and launching sales specials - Creating new car model pages - Preparing weekly dealership performance reports

- Identifying new companies that plan to build facilities in China - Maintaining and updating internal customer database - Supporting ongoing relationships with new and previous clients - Organizing client meetings - Networking
