• Managing a team of 12 Guarantee specialist and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies and support employees in their professional development • Change Management: managing and implementing of organizational changes and business transformation • Ensuring smooth cooperation with Trade Finance platform in Madrid, GTO Paris and other internal departments (GTS, Risk, CLM, Compliance, OPC, Legal, etc.) • Support customers and provide them with suitable solution if needed
