Produce the budgets for France, and Switzerland, cost control and optimization of the entire IS budget, negotiations with suppliers and optimization of existing contracts

Responsibilities included establishing a new administration and finance department. Responsible for the finance in Switzerland, including HR, and the payroll for Switzerland.
