Coordinate and execute regular updates of the debt issuance program and regular supplements to the securities prospectus with internal and external partners Bond issuance as part of the debt issuance program, from monitoring the market, mandating the dealer banks and placing the bond to handling the issue Developing and structuring (hedging) strategies for currency, interest rate and commodity price risks in cooperation with the Group companies and Group Risk Management

Analyze the various exchange rate risks within the Group, develop suitable concepts for hedging and provide support to the respective subsidiaries Centralize and standardize trading in derivatives Developing and refining the guidelines of the treasury department Reviewing, formulating and issuing letters of comfort from BayWa AG for the Group Coordinating the guarantee business with banks and insurance companies Manage short-term liquidity via commercial paper and money market transactions

Plan, budget and hedge sales and expenses in foreign currencies as well as interest rate and commodity price risks Independently negotiate and conclude derivative trading transactions with external partners Documenting valuation units in accordance with HBG as part of the annual financial statements in coordination with auditors Accompanying the regular rating review with Standard & Poor's and Moody's Plausibility check and control of project calculations and planning for further hedging
