I currently work with small and medium sized businesses interested in creating learning organisations and democratic corporate cultures. Much of the work is based on creating a sense of community through basic values such as honesty, clear communication and process improvement. A fair amount of time is devoted to helping people manage through greater awareness of their feelings and perceptions of the work place and mentoring. I sometimes do recruitment, evaluation and language training.
