Memory Care Life is a non-profit offering engaging outings and activities for people with ‘Forgetfulness’ (Early-stage Alzheimer’s/dementia) who attend with their care partners. The board of directors provides an advisory role to the organization for financial, marketing and legal issues, among other topics requiring guidance. As a board member I also directly support fundraising, and identify partnership or other business development opportunities.

[IBA Particle Therapy is a spin-off of the Cyclotron Research Center of the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) in Belgium. 50%+ market share in proton therapy]. At IBA, I directed massive and complex multi-year installations of $38M - $65M proton therapy centers in the U.S. and Asia, with full accountability for installation and commissioning, P&L, staffing/performance management, labor relations and vendor/contractor/client relations.
