Offering R&D and OE Manufacturing of complete exhaust systems for passenger vehicles in Automotive Industries. Set up & delivered 7,000 sqm new manufacturing sites from Greenfield. Launched more than 20 different projects/ products. Achieved Volvo customer audit of Annual Lean Deployment Assessment scored 82%. Slashed the production cost 30% (materials, production process), under the supervision of financial controlling, and work with customer on VAVE activities.

Offering OE Manufacturing of Conventional Metal Processing and Precision Stamping manufacturing supply chain solutions to automotive industries. Set up & delivered 12,000 sqm new manufacturing facilities. Set up of fully equipped laboratory, measurement room, tool shop and stamping operation. Launched more than 30 different projects/ products (i.e. Volkswagen Santana, Jetta, Passat, Ford Focus, GM, etc.) according APQP procedures.

Designed the programming of camera recognition system (Machine Vision) incorporated with both COGNEX In-Sight 2000 with the YAG 50KW - diode laser (LMCS) for Auto Laser Marking (Automation). Conducted training to production staff, team leader for new manufacturing process. Improved the productivity 75% by implanted Automation Laser marking process.
