I ran the Applied Research function within Mars Drinks R&D, a “ring fenced” innovation resource charged with introducing new technologies into Mars Drinks products; covering mechanical engineering, ingredients formulation, product packaging, electronics and control. I line managed up to 6 reports in the Applied Research Department, setting innovation strategy and leading research execution.
