I develope and creat various web sites as per a customer’s preference. To manage all accounting, networking with other businesses (i.e. NECC, Business Link), promotion and marketing. Primarily I work with Health Care centres and offer a system that gives secure prescription ordering online

My duties include producing computerised reports using the clinical system (System 6000 & Synergy) for practice & PCT; maintenance and housekeeping of computer system; IT Support; web development for better patient access i.e. website; develop and update intranet; sort hardware and software faults; create step by step instruction guides; teaching people to use a system or program; troubleshooting any problems; dealing with outside organisations via email, telephone and post.

My duties were to develop and set-up hardware and software systems to serve the needs of a communications and public relations business: - to troubleshoot problems: and to assist with training of staff in the use of software applications. Set up accounting and budget systems for profit and loss accounts; develop and set up web sites and systems as per a customer’s preference.
