Worked on several personal projects to learn and create useful products (see github). Currently building a large scale full stack app to scrape and parse data from web pages, apis and pdfs in relation to politicians info, processing and consolidating into useful info for wider public. Previously built stack apps to search and display movies and another one which stores questions and answers and can also track the users answers and progress. Technologies used: React, Typescript, Node, Next and more

Worked as part of agile (scrum) to develop and maintain Warehouse Management System products • Developed UI for internal login and launch screens using Bootstrap and jQuery • Built Progress 4GL login controller and JS login conduit to authenticate user credentials • Fixed bugs, wrote programs to query DB and export reports using Progress 4GL

• Developed and implemented communication plan for 1,000 incoming students • Managed and reviewed applications and coordinated info sessions for exchange program • Communicated on a daily basis with current and prospective students via email and video calls • Reviewed and processed changes to student records • Monitored reports to ensure students were compliant with academic regulations

• Communicated with taxpayers by letter, email, on tax helpline or in person • Dealt with difficult and sensitive customer situations • Processed claims using internal systems while ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation • Recognised as consistently having the highest output in section of 80 staff and trusted to work high priority cases • Responsible for supervising staff; inducting new staff members, ongoing training and supporting plus management of staff rota.
