Application architecture, design, and the management of the overall system deliverables. I manage the development portion of the project plans ensuring deliverable were created and on schedule. As the technical lead I am responsible for the delivery of the entire development team - from design solutions, through developed code and test plans. Due to my close engagement with Project Managers and the Customers, I am very focused on proper project delivery and project management fundamentals.
