Started and managed quasi-independent (we had to pay for ourselves) consulting practice on organizational change and implementation in software Federal Lab. Developed and taught numerous courses on change management, consulting, and team development. Consulted internally to redesign parent organization, then implemented the redesign decisions. Implementation of the first recommendation alone yielded a 3:1 ROI on the cost of the redesign within 8 months.

Introduced computer-based training and simulation training to the Bank. Developed and fielded a number of CBT courses, including the first CBT on regulatory training outside the Federal Reserve System.

Developed and delivered computer-based training and simulations to technical and nontechnical clients. Consulted in organizational development and change to selected clients.

Developed first interactive video simulation training in company and manage project to transfer the learning to local teachers. Developed numerous CBT courses. Designed management training curriculum for training group.Started training acquisition program and served as quality manager for acquired training products.
