Sole responsibility for devising, delivering and evaluating direct and indirect marketing activity (including branding), PR and Analyst Relations throughout the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Benelux and South Africa. Part of the Global Marketing Leadership Team (attending quarterly meetings in the US), contributing to worldwide corporate and regional marketing strategies and tactics. Planning and control of annual regional marketing budget (including contract negotiation and supplier management).

Direct report responsibility for UK team; virtual team leader for marketing managers of ADP Commercial Systems in Ireland (North and South), Holland and South Africa. Determine strategic and operational marketing objectives for the UK (leading subsidiary). Key advisor for International marketing operations. Planning and control of annual marketing budget. Management of group, divisional and product branding and image. End-to-end management of all marketing communications.

• Management and accountability for 50% of company P&L Account director to clients, providing services in: consultancy, planning, implementation, project management, evaluation & analysis, broad-based and tactical marketing communications activities. Retention and maximisation of sales within customer base. Overall management of production and operations. Line management of account team and design studio.
