Responsible for P&L, budgeting, SLA adherence, stakeholder management, innovative solution design, project management, strategic planning and developing new business channels.

Responsible for managing Manpower Ireland's Google operations consisting of 200+ temporary contract staff within multiple verticals. Leading a team of HR managers and recruitment professionals ensuring delivery of all agreed SLA’s. Worked in partnership with Google Programme Managers to ensure demanding operational objectives and productivity levels were achieved through high quality temporary vendor staffing models, high volume multilingual recruitment and innovative strategic HR solutions.

Partnered with client organisations to develop, support and project manage a variety of career and talent management initiatives including organisational restructure, redeployment and outplacement, employee engagement and leadership development. Successfully delivered large, complex HR & OD projects with large multinational clients such as Diageo, Pfizer, Citibank, Abbott, AIB, J&J, Ulsterbank, Novartis, Microsoft and IBM.

Managed the day to day running of all Right Management Ireland career and talent management projects as well as providing research support and guidance to candidate undertaking outplacement programmes. Active role in project team responsible for designing and delivering client specific HR solutions in both Career and Talent Management for a number of multinational organisations within the Finance, Manufacturing, IT and Pharmaceutical industries.

Due to an organisational restructure which led to a 17% reduction in head count, Talent2 were hired to manage the redeployment/outplacement of staff at State Water NSW. The recruitment specialist role involved managing the recruitment for two departments – Maintenance & Services and Operations Systems.

Tasked with setting up and managing an Accounts & Finance Graduate Desk for Reed Accountancy within the South of Dublin. Within first full year successfully placed 95 candidates in over 50 different companies. Promoted from Consultant to Senior Consultant to Executive Consultant within a year of starting.
