John Parsons

I started Parsons Telecom Consulting in May 2006 after retiring from Eastman Kodak Co. following a 34-year career in Information Technology and Telecommunications. Parsons Telecom Consulting is an independent telecom management consulting practice for medium to large enterprises. The focus of the practice is on assisting telecom managers and CIOs to reduce telecom operating costs, improve operating efficiency and enhance overall business effectiveness.

Responsible for all aspects of architecture, strategy, design and operations of Kodak’s worldwide data, voice and video telecommunications services to over 350 locations in 55 countries. Directly manage a $60M Corporate telecommunications budget with accountability for over $100M in global telecom spend, including major outsourced operations. IManaged a 70 person global organization of domestic and regional telecom managers and their respective staffs who design and deliver telecom services globally.
