LeasePlan UK, a member of LeasePlan Corporation NV Group, is part of the largest vehicle management group in the world. My role is to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with leasing & finance companies across Europe.

Responsible for leadership of the sales and marketing teams at Capita Specialist Insurance Solutions. Under the BEST, Schoolsafe and Educare brands we work in the education sector, primarily helping local authorities and schools to protect their absence budgets. Increased sales volume 62% over previous year, with renewal retention over 90%. As Capita CARE we operate in the care sector, providing insurance solutions to care homes and groups as well as domiciliary and specialist providers.

Arval is part of BNP Paribas, a major European provider of vehicle finance, fleet management & fuel cards. P&L responsibility for a range of Fleet Management products, including: Maintenance Management, for which Arval are the market leader; Accident Management & Claims Handling; Daily Rental & Mini-lease; Fleet Risk Management; Fleet Outsourcing & Driver Services.

Part of Great American Insurance Group. Member of the management team which established a new Insurance company in Ireland to write business across Europe. P&L responsibility for the full Automotive portfolio of Residual Value Insurance, GAP, Early Termination Insurance and Return Conditions Insurance. Also led a specialist Market Data Analysis team.

Part of Great American Insurance Group's Premier Lease & Loan Services division. Responsible for strategy and profitable growth of a Residual Value Insurance portfolio, comprising Car, Commercial Vehicle & Trailer business across Europe. Also worked on mixed asset portfolios. Launched Car, Commercial Vehicle & Trailer GAP Insurance and Return Conditions Insurance. Generated significant new business with major finance & leasing organisations and automotive manufacturers

The UK’s leading vehicle contract hire provider. I created Lex's unique Nearly new vehicle leasing product . Within 3 years of launch, the Nearly new fleet grew to over 5000 vehicles. I built and led a team to manage suppliers / operations and to support sales teams. In addition I took on the management of our profitable Daily Rental product, introducing a new supplier to improve coverage, flexibility and competitiveness.
