Co-managed all business operations in New York City for heavy construction divisions. Managed and estimated construction projects in Northeast and Mid-West. Developed estimates for mid-sized civil, mechanical, and specialty electrical projects. Managed construction activities and vendor purchases.

Liaison to President for specific teaming partners. Administered contracts requiring senior manager involvement. Developed construction claims, negotiated payments, and presented final recommendations to senior management team. Marketed environmental remediation services to various agencies.

Managed all operational functions including profit and loss accountability. Prepared and reviewed budgets according to financial goals. Four direct reports and 100 indirect reports.
