Strong focus on intercultural communication and East Asian politics. I also attended lectures and seminars on the European debt crisis as well as political economics in general. My bachelor thesis (1,0) on Japanese press clubs explored the negative influence of such a system on democracy in Japan.

An intellectual grounding and an interdisciplinary competence in Political Communication and Democratic Politics. Modules chosen include: Political Communication against the backdrop of a mediatized society and Representative Democracy in Crisis.
