Specializing in the German region focusing on the telecoms sector placing contractors into large Mobile Operators, Vendors and large consultancies. Key areas included Radio Networks, Transmission Networks and the Cable industry placing Engineers, Designers/Planners all the way up to Project and Program Manager level.

I joined ConSol I to focus on both Permanent and Contract recruitment supporting a large network vendor and smaller organizations focussing on the evolution of the LTE Network.

Here I was tasked to deliver to a large bluechip organization supporting a large business change program which covered many areas including Analytics, Risk Management, Marketing, Sales and Project Management.
