Engagement with customer C-Level stakeholders and Vodafone C-Level, regulatory, legal, wholesale to support. Development of C-Level relationships - often local and group level CEO, utilising existing relationships and extensive industry knowledge.

Responsible for customer programmes (bids, planning, initiation, implementation, closure) within UK Utilities sector, including management of programme and projects teams, budgetary management and control (approx £24million), PMO function and governance, contract change management, service design, transition, transformation and delivery, supplier management, C-Level stakeholder engagement, escalations framework, quality and standards delivery.

Based from Riyadh. Reporting to the CEO and Chairman and the board. Primary focus included business development and operations strategy, development of senior customer relationships, development of senior supplier relationships, set up of centralised programmes and project / PMO practice, set up of centralised audit and standards practice, set up of talent management framework. Customer activities throughout the Gulf and the Middle-East, including Ericsson, Huawei, Motorola, STC, Cisco, Zain, Mobily.

Assisting a BIG-4 audit firm with a number of private-equity backed projects with regards due-diligence of various acquisition targets in UK and Europe, focusing largely on telecoms operators, managed services providers. Primarily responsible for identifying value-add opportunities and for determining post transaction delivery planning to achieve consolidation and rationalisation of acquired operational assets.
