In charge of managing the industrialization of new products (professional telecommunication market), the sustaining activities for legacy products, the manufacturing site transfer (Europe to Asia) - Leading project through all phases - Direct management of sub-contracting manufacturing sites in Europe and China (frequent travel onsite) - Ensuring processes and tools compliancy with the requested quality, capacity and traceability - Identifying and enforcing product/processes optimization and cost reduction

Over the past 8 years, I've managed several international projects for the Professional Telecommunication market, directly involved in or coordinating Industrial Operations, Supply Chain and Purchasing. As a confirmed consultant, I've been responsible for up to 6 Altran consultants.

Project manager in charge of setting and following up Industrial, Supply Chain and Order Administration activities for the introduction of a new product range in the Data portfolio. Effectively establishing requirements and strategy, facilitate work and communication across USA/FR teams, follow order to cash processes until product release.

Project manager in charge of preparing the switch to RoHS (European environmental directive) of all Enterprise division’s products: coordinate Purchasing, R&D, Quality and Industrial teams to identify and validate RoHS compliant alternatives for each component used on the products, lead the databases update and prepare all manufacturing sites to switch to RoHS. Define and put in place the KPI (Key Process Indicators), follow up the project and drive all involved teams.

Define, setup and follow up of experiment plans to compare the performance of several RoHS compliant technologies. Good knowledge on manufacturing processes, RoHS technology, ability to lead all project phases and to drive manufacturing partners were key in successfully identifying and validating the relevant technical solutions.

Technical Support for Alcatel R&D teams : computing, networking, mobility, Unix and Sun/Solaris environments.

Within Intel Scholarship Programm: internship as Field Application Engineer in charge of the support and the integration of Intel solutions into HP products under development.
