I manage medium-sized to large-sized teams in order to generate benefit for our clients in production and the supply chain. Industry strongholds are automotive, electronics and aerospace. Production engagements typically take place within the plants, with team members ranging up to plant manager level. We achieve our benefits across a broad range of levers from implementation of consistent production systems, to lean management and industry 4.0. Supply chain engagements range from strategic to adhoc.

I managed a broad range of client engagements in the automotive and aerospace industry. The key focus was the supply chain with on-site action at the suppliers’ shop floors. The full range of engagements included matters of quality across all operation functions, governance of product safety & product conformity, as well as the conceptualization and setup of a new maintenance organization. My project tasks typically entailed the management of medium-sized project teams, set up with colleagues and clients.

As a member of our engine monitoring team, I developed leading edge technology in predictive maintenance. During this time I also worked at the shop floor of the maintenance operations, optimizing maintenance processes in order to improve engine performance and reliability. Furthermore, I established a local team with performance analytics capabilities to ensure sustainable change.
