I am currently providing sales management and change management consulting services for an investment group of Venture Capitalists who will redevelop and launch a retail/business venture in SW Germany. My key roles are to manage the day to day sales activities, gather and provide market analysis information and then together, formulate an innovative launch strategy for the overall venture, culminating in an exciting launch for the new business in 2010. Web development and E-Commerce capabilities were identified and added to the system which is still in use today within the Retail Product Group.
