As a Product Specialist for our service portfolio, I provide service-specific expertise primarily, but not limited to, Dell’s corporate, enterprise, and DT select sales teams. I act as a specialized resource to help the sales organization meet and exceed their goals. Additionally, I identify client needs and requirements and recommend the appropriate transformation services.

Channel Account Manager for the German Titanium Black Partner, Computacenter, with account, sales, and earnings responsibility. One of my main tasks was to actively advise, support, and further develop the channel partner within an equal team. As a team, we identified business potential and conducted targeted follow-ups to finalize purchases.

Creation of weekly reports to the team and management, assignment of services metrics to customer situations in all segments. Planning, organization and implementation of internal team meetings as well as customer meetings, e.g. in the Tilburg Staging Center. Administrative support for teammates in the Services Sales Team. Creation and dispatch of Dell EMC Services Reporting for Titanium and Platinum partners.
