I am fulfilling the role of Creative Director and manage a small design/developer team. Getting requirements from the Product team, I create the designs in the Adobe Creative Suite for both the virtual and physical set top box user interface and oversee the user experience. I use these designs to create HTML templates with supporting CSS (including CSS3 transformations & animations) and detailed middleware behaviour requirements that are handed over to the engineering team who build a dynamic application.

As the owner of this agency I had full responsibility for managing all customer accounts: » Initial conversations about requirements and managing the relationship in general. » Delivery of cost estimates and invoicing. » All design and production of corporate identities, websites, printed media, video and DVD media. » Hiring contractors to work alongside me, whether they be coders or printers. » Clients included Oliver Goldsmith Sunglasses, Warner Brothers, Staedtler, Mossbourne Community Academy

As member of the design department I was responsible for creating: » On-screen branding and video idents for areas within the Yes Television IPTV service » Promotional stings for video content available to subscribers. » Promotional marketing literature (desktop publishing). » The look and feel of internal web based tools. I also had responsibility for liaising with printers.
