Jonathon Redford

I held three roles; each was a promotion. In the final role (held for 1 year 7 months) I was responsible for the design and delivery of a Technology Enabled Care Services strategy for the South East region of the UK. This role included large elements of contract and performance management. The previous roles included project management for a housing support programme, falls prevention project and intermediate care beds. These roles included research and development of communication strategies.

I helped co´-ordinate the smooth running of an operation department, including booking and preparing patients, preparing appropriate equipment and maintaining a sterile environment.

I worked for a smaller political party as the Regional Secretary for the South East of England. The role was primarily project based but also included administration of membership. Projects included political initiatives. My other tasks were researching and writing articles.

I worked casual shifts during this period of time. I worked in three homes for individuals with complex learning and physical disabilities. I provided personal care, dressing, washing, cooking, feeding, socialising and basic medical care and therapy.
