Liaising with clients directly for their RFP/RFQ and dealing with consultants / sub-contractors / suppliers for specifications or costing to match requirements in job scopes and other project management criteria. Leading various teams into projects including new construction / installation, A&A, retro-fitting, & facility management Handling contractors; subcontractors; and suppliers in terms of costing, scheduling, quality-management and safety-management; Responsible for minor design checking; etc..

-System design and Heat/Moisture Load Calculation. -Involved in servicing a group of customers’ account. -Developed distribution network. -Involved in working with a team of system engineers to promote sales -Provided technical support & other sales support to customers. -Involved in execution of sales & marketing activities. -Carried out daily sales work & equipment’s delivery effectively. -Involved in handling & participation in special events/projects.
