Internship in IT Project Management at Hilti Corporation, Global IT / Network Services. Hilti Headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein. Project topics: DDoS protection service implementation, 4G in business usage and Internet contract management outsourcing.

Processing quotations, orders and parts enquiries from global network companies, external customers and regional teams. Follow-up parts deliveries according to agreed process, including possible problem solving and claim handling. Acting as a link between network companies / external customers and various departments involved in spare parts delivery process. Appointed as the responsible coordinator for Amer -area (North and South America) and e.g. successfully managed returns from Brazil over 1M€ value.
