my main activities were employment contracts, termination processes involuntary and voluntary, Conflict Resolution, delivery of final paycheck, attention to employee, incentive programs for the employees, benefits for administrative employees, data capture and reporting of staff for operations and organization of events for the employees. Also I was helping to the Talent and Acquisition Department, doing activities of recruitment and selection of staff.

Assistant in the study of hospital’s organizational climate, to improve the working environment within the institution and thus the service provided to the customer is of higher quality.
