• Development of the Financial Model for the introduction of the triple play service in Mexico (TV, voice and internet), involving a FDI of 800M USD • Coordinator of the National Budget linked to cash flow requirements, ROI and KPIs • Responsible of the Members of the Board and foreign investors monthly report • Sales trend analysis by product, market and channel

• Development and evaluation of the Corporate Strategic Plan focusing on potential start-ups and markets, M&A, financing strategy, business valuation, ROI analysis for each business unit, and the optimal level of integration of the chain of value. • Design and implementation of administrative processes for the financial and operative data consolidation of the companies of the group, linked to corporate performance indicators.
