Achievements. Negotiate, draft and conclude international agreements (NDA, MOU and final agreements) on intellectual property licenses, services, software licenses and data processing. Provide legal advice on contract, intellectual property, data protection, privacy law related to several jurisdictions and cross-border businesses. Liaison with international tax and legal advisors.

Achievements: Provide a written guideline which details the steps to be followed by private companies to be part of the leniency program implemented by the Colombian Competition Authority.

My position as Lawyer involved several sensitive functions in which I had to exert my good judgment, interpersonal skill and ability to generate accurate opinions on sensitive issues and to deal with several projects simultaneously. I successfully led the coordination and supervision of teams of lawyers and economists who analyzed records related to mergers and acquisitions, anticompetitive conducts and market studies.

Achievements: After carried out an audit of the claims presented to the Federal Government about the construction of gas pipelines and electric grids, I developed a guideline to analyze and classify them and to define responsibilities about administrative payments to be paid by the Federal Government and civil damages to be paid by the constructive companies.

Achievements: I successfully carried out the legal management of the company during the Argentine crisis of the early 2000s. In that framework, I redesigned the concession contract with a new investment and infrastructure development procedure and I renegotiated local and international contracts. I coordinated the work of the team responsible for writing the internal procedures accordingly to the regulatory framework. Furthermore, I was responsible for the relationship with external legal offices.

Achievements: My responsibilities involved advising the Operative Management in all matters related to claims made by clients and defending them before the National Administrative Authority and in Court. Progressively and by the reason of training activities I carried out within the different internal sectors, I successfully achieved the budgetary objectives related with claims and fines.

Validation of the Argentine Law degree to the Spanish Licenciado en Derecho.
