I am responsible for the implementation of new concepts such as Cross-dock, Supermarket and new sub-assemblies and internal sequencing areas in the plant. On top of this I take care of the introduction of full kitting, pick to light and Automated guided vehicles. My final objective is to create a system that can ensure direct flow between cross-dock and material delivery points so that the internal material flow becomes very efficient and we are able to control the consumption flow to reduce the stock.

Body Shop and General Assembly Production Manager being responsible for the six aspects of the Opel Vauxhall Global Manufacturing System: Safety, People, Quality, Throughput, Cost and Environment. Stamping & Plant Industrial Performance Analyst - KPI´s and Data Visualisation. Responsible for developing solutions for data mining & KPI visualisation, and for the introduction of the new PSA groupe KPIs in the plant. Harbour Report in Stamping and Assembly.

Finally, I was made responsible for Metrology, Laboratory & SQA, not only for Ford but for other customers. Within my tasks, there was the introduction and development of a corporate airbag test centre in the plant.

I worked as Quality Engineer for a new Ford project. In this stage I needed to create new standards for quality in the production of a new instrument panel and central console. I was responsible for the auditory sheets, quality control sheets and control plan. Moreover, I worked in some aspects of the PPAP for our products. I worked heavily with CMM to improve dimensionally our parts.

In my first stage in IAC I worked as Supplier Quality Assurance, monitoring all new suppliers performance and liaising with them, ensuring that the parts that arrived to the plant and meet our customer expectations. I used 8D as the tool to track the issues and countermeasures.
