Led a cross-functional team of ~20 through a full digital transformation using Agile/Scrum.

Verisure's Strategic Alliances unit ran as a standalone business across 18 global markets — I was part of the core team that built it. Led feasibility assessments and data-driven analysis across energy, banking, telecom, and real estate. Owned end-to-end B2B partnership cycles from origination to closure, redesigned commercial strategy, and built a distribution channel from scratch. Coordinated cross-functional teams to standardise processes for a scalable global rollout.

Co-founded and scaled a cleantech engineering company delivering EV charging and hydrogen mobility solutions — built alongside a full-time career. Secured contracts with 4 major clients including multinational engineering firms, managing the full cycle from business development to deployment. Oversaw a flagship EV charging installation in Madrid: IEC-compliant, grid-ready systems engineering. Built the operational foundation: B2B partnerships, supplier negotiation, P&L management, and go-to-market strategy.

Delivered EPC/FEED projects in international oil & gas — managing scope, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination across mechanical, electrical, and process engineering. Applied AI-driven digitalisation to replace manual workflows in upstream facilities. Used root-cause analysis to redesign industrial processes, improving asset reliability and cutting downtime.
