Working directly below the President of Abeinsa I am member of the Executive Committee and Head of Strategy at this business group. Abeinsa counts with more than 21,000 employees, presence in 43 countries and revenues near to €5,000 M. I lead projects, with internal and external teams, of the following types: -Development of strategic plans -Strategic analysis -M&A operations -Follow up and guidance to managers of new companies created within the group

Member of the Strategy & Corporate Development department of Abengoa, working below the Chief Strategy Officer and leading a work team. My functions were similar to the current ones, but in less complex projects and with a lower level of responsibility.

Working directly below the CEO, I lead the areas of operations, quality, information systems, and customer service, with responsibility over 450 employees. Main achievements: -Creation of the quality area: the quality plan was presented at the 2006 national awards of ATEGRUS, obtaining the highest award -Improvement of operating processes: the main results, measured by annual satisfaction surveys, were the increase in citizen satisfaction by 46% in street sweeping and by 9% in trash collection.

I participated in several projects for different companies in the energy sector, mainly: -Development of strategic plans. -Viability analysis and business opportunity valuation. -Benchmarks and competition analysis.
