Responsible of MRTT OP budget and Forecasts, consolidation and convergence with MRTT Program Office. Building-up monthly finance executive reports for MRTT and for the Department (profit and loss, order intake, inventory levels, subcontracting, workload capacity, headcount, hourly rate deviations, expenses) Analysis and reporting the Program performance giving full overview of the status to the Operative Managers. Follow-up and report of cost bookings and expenses, identifying potential overspend/savings.

Daily interfaces with Functions, PMOs, WP Leaders and any necessary stakeholder to ensure NRC controlling processes, Project planning, scheduling and cost alignment. Responsible of A320 NEO program Dashboard cost reporting and main KPIs. High knowledge of project management tools such as Unified Planning UP Dev, EVM (Earned Value Management). Responsible of updating Cost Breakdown Structure of A320 NEO program. Supporting A320 NEO Forecast and Target at completion, Operational Reference set-up.

Analyzing, monitoring and controlling expenses-costs of two Divisions: Procurement & Supply Chain Division and Subcontracting Division, as well as their respective Cost Centers. Reporting and analysis of main KPIs: Actuals/commitments, Deviations, Scorecard, Budget Letter, Control Function, Capacity, Hourly rates, Headcount and other relevant indicators.

Treasury and Accounting Department participating in the entire billing process to commercial debtors (including invoices process). Accounting entries, posting and clearing accounts. Working with SAP in a daily basis.
