Responsible for providing financial management data for decision-making to Pharma Finance Technical Operation, leading forecast events and 5-year business planning efforts for the site. Responsible for a budget of $244 million, supporting capital expansion projects and helping in the evaluation of efficiency projects.  Systematization in production materials management to avoid write offs.  Develop an indirect material consumption model, transparency to forecast and track the variances

Lead, manage and control forecast events during the year for the complete manufacturing site and 5 year Site Business plan, provide decision support & financial guidance to the site leadership, lead strategic global manufacturing projects with focus on increasing operational efficiencies.  Achieve the savings targeted  Manage the restructuring organization  Create a dashboard to identify opportunity areas; efficiencies to contribute with some savings

Responsible for approving and monitoring new investments, CAPEX budget administration and control, and leasing equipment.  Create the "Toluca Global Team" to approval and implement new projects.  Maximize the CAPEX budget consumption.  Eliminate corporate audit issues founded in prior years.
